夢女子 (yumejoshi) refers to a girl or woman who projects herself into a fictional stories; one who loves a fictional character.
i am a non-sharing yumejoshi! i’ve always shipped fictional characters with myself, but i didn’t learn the actual term for it until recently. there are plenty of characters that have touched me, but none have been as impactful or long-lasting as this. i was immediately drawn to dante’s character and fell for him embarrassingly fast…and i’m still here years later. there’s a lot that i love about him, but i absolutely adore his gap moe ♡ dante looks intimidating on the surface, but he’s actually very kind and willing to help those in need at no cost. he’s a person that’s gone through a lot and truly cares for his friends and family, even if he can’t verbally express it.
